Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Mobily is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team and work from home. As a key member of the customer support team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Research and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. 5. Utilize strong persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service at all times. 8. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong research skills to effectively assist customers with inquiries. 5. Persuasive communication skills to upsell and cross-sell products. 6. Resilient personality with the ability to handle difficult customers and situations. 7. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 8. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 10. Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup.
