Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Al-Yamama is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time work-from-home position based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs - Assist with product inquiries, orders, and returns - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Contribute to the development of customer support processes and procedures - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English - Excellent time management and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
