Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team at Al Khodari Sons Company in Jeddah, SA. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a high level of adaptability and independence to handle a variety of customer issues effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate issues to management as needed. 6. Conduct research to provide customers with accurate information and solutions. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
