Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Bawan Company is seeking a full-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Jeddah, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles and possess a resilient and confident personality. This position is at the Associate level and requires excellent soft skills in research and leadership.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct research to identify solutions for complex customer problems. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Assist in the training and onboarding of new customer support associates. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Resilient and confident personality traits. 6. Soft skills in research and leadership.
