Job Description:
Al Khodari Sons Company is seeking a driven and dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. 3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively by investigating problems and finding solutions. 5. Document customer interactions and transactions. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues when necessary. 8. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 9. Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training sessions.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
