Job Description - Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


L'azurde Company for Jewelry is looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner - Process customer orders and returns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Prior experience in customer support or a related field - Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent service - Demonstrated leadership skills and emotional intelligence
