Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Associate to join our team at Advanced Petrochemical Company in Mecca, SA. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Assisting with customer retention efforts and upselling products and services - Participating in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong people management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
