Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a full-time position at the mid-to-senior level, this role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to meet or exceed performance targets - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in strategic planning and analysis - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations
