Job Description:
ACWA Power is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer relations and support to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues - Manage and oversee a team of customer support representatives - Develop and implement customer support strategies and processes to improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct regular trainings for customer support team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Prepare and present regular reports on customer feedback and support metrics to upper management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Highly adaptable and able to work well under pressure - Experience with negotiation and conflict resolution - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software
