Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Support Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support specialists and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures. 2. Train and lead a team of customer support specialists to provide excellent service to customers. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 4. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Analyze customer support data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and streamline customer support operations. 7. Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services to effectively assist customers. 8. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to encourage growth and development.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 5. Independent decision-making skills and the ability to persuade others. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 8. Fluent in English and Arabic.


Personality Traits: 1. Adaptable to changing circumstances and customer needs. 2. Independent and able to take initiative.


Soft Skills: 1. Strong decision-making skills. 2. Persuasion and negotiation skills.
