Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Saudi Cement Company in Jeddah, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Develop training programs for customer support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 6. Strong decision-making and presentation skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
