Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team at Dallah Healthcare Company in Mecca, SA. As the Remote Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives who provide exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues - Oversee the development and implementation of customer support procedures and protocols - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven experience in a leadership or management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Creativity and problem-solving abilities - Motivated and energetic personality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support software
