Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and driven Customer Support Officer to join our team at Savola Group in Mecca, SA. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Coordinate with other departments to solve customer problems - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Innovation and research skills to identify opportunities for improving customer service - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative
