Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Officer to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes - Stay informed about product offerings and promotions - Uphold company values and policies in all customer interactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
