Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is an entry-level, full-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Process orders, returns, and exchanges following company policies - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of customer service at all times


Requirements: - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations quickly - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High school diploma or equivalent - No previous experience required
