Job Description:
Saudi Airlines is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate-level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and addressing any issues or concerns. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues with online booking systems and provide guidance to customers in navigating our website. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any escalated issues promptly. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance the overall customer support process.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and online communication tools. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support. 6. Experience in the airline industry is a plus but not required.
