Job Description:
Saudi Airlines is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the aviation industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our passengers, ensuring a positive experience with our airline.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist passengers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and processing refunds. 3. Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer. 4.
