Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with zero years of experience who are independent, energetic, and possess excellent research and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues - Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and procedures - Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required - Strong communication skills and customer service experience a plus - Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must be detail-oriented and organized - Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
