Job Description:

Sipchem is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, SA. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with clients. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resilient, and possess excellent persuasion and project management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, orders, and general inquiries. 3. Upsell and cross-sell products or services to increase sales revenue. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 6. Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve overall service quality. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask. 3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in using chat software and CRM systems. 6. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 7. Strong persuasion and project management skills.
