Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a skilled Live Chat Manager to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company in Mecca, SA. As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our live chat support operations, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality and timely assistance.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents, providing leadership and guidance to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Monitor live chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat response times and customer satisfaction ratings - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently - Conduct regular training sessions for live chat agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in live chat support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 8+ years of experience in customer service or live chat management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent decision-making abilities - Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively - Independent and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
