Job Description:
The Remote Live Chat Officer at Saudi Electricity Company will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer service through live chat communication channels. This individual will engage with customers to answer inquiries, provide solutions to problems, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat platforms - Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction - Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and achieve department goals
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related role - Strong communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately - Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities and situations - Strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications - Fluent in English, Arabic language skills a plus
