Remote Live Chat Officer

Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a reliable and dedicated Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through live chat communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed - Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer queries - Monitor chat performance metrics and identify areas for improvement - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance chat communication skills - Contribute to strategic planning for chat operations

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask - Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns and trends in chat interactions - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
