Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

The Saudi Binladin Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Live Chat Officer to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat on our website, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat on the company website. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries. 5. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in all customer interactions. 6. Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback. 7. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat setting. 3. Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Driven and resourceful with a strong work ethic. 7. Ability to adapt to new technologies and software platforms. 8. Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs. 9. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. 10. Company equipment provided for remote work. 11.
