Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Live Chat Officer to join our team at Al-Yamama in Riyadh, SA. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions with our clients. This is an entry-level position, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate critical issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer skills and multi-tasking - High school diploma or equivalent required
