Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description: Al Tazaj is seeking a passionate and confident Live Chat Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a work from home position based in Jeddah, SA.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively communicating product information and handling customer concerns - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless and efficient customer service delivery - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and actively contribute to implementing solutions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Confidence in engaging with customers and addressing their needs effectively
