Job Description:

Panda Retail Company is seeking a motivated and reliable Live Chat Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or communications role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat on our website - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Provide product information and assist with purchasing decisions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in project management and presentation skills - Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat platforms - Experience in a customer service or sales role - Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic - Reliable and punctual with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
