Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Panda Retail Company is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in Medina, SA. As an Entry Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies - Assist customers in troubleshooting issues they may encounter while browsing our website or making a purchase - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Proactively engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer service experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Demonstrated cooperation and creativity in problem-solving situations - Strong computer skills and proficiency in typing - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - No prior experience required, training will be provided
