Job Description:
As a Live Chat Specialist at Saudi Aramco in Mecca, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. You will interact with customers in real-time, answering their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat - Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and company policies - Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or individual for resolution - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
