The Live Chat Specialist at L'azurde Company for Jewelry will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. This role will require the individual to be independent and energetic, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough research in order to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize product knowledge to answer questions and provide recommendations to customers - Escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Independent and self-motivated - Energetic and enthusiastic - Attention to detail - Basic knowledge of jewelry products is a plus - No prior experience required, on-the-job training will be provided
