Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description: Saudi Ceramics is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat on our website. This role requires a confident and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries or issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions - Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to handle customer requests effectively - Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience - Monitor chat conversations and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction - Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote chat support role - Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively - Confidence in engaging with customers and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment - Resourcefulness in finding solutions to customer inquiries and concerns - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative ways to improve customer experience - Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team and contribute to a positive working environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and basic computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent required
