Job Description - Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Live Chat Specialist to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to provide support and assistance with their inquiries or issues.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide information through live chat - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions - Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist in developing and implementing new strategies to improve customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Strong persuasion and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - High attention to detail - Basic computer skills and knowledge of online chat platforms
