Job Description:
As a Live Chat Specialist at Saudi Post in Medina, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to online users through live chat communication. You will be expected to handle a high volume of inquiries, resolve customer issues efficiently, and provide accurate information to enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat communication to address inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely manner. 2. Utilize knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations. 3. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide solutions to customer inquiries. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Meet performance metrics and goals related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to live chat support.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and provide assistance. 3. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions to resolve customer inquiries. 4. Driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations and achieve performance targets. 5. Proficient in multitasking and managing a high volume of live chat conversations. 6. Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software is preferred. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field is a plus.
