Online Account Support Assistant

We are currently seeking an Online Account Support Assistant to join Yanbu Cement Company in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate for this position will be driven and hardworking with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers regarding their accounts, including assisting with account setup, troubleshooting any issues, and answering inquiries. - Monitor and analyze customer account activity to proactively identify any potential issues or opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and resolve any account-related issues efficiently. - Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the overall account support process. - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and account activities.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Prior experience in the cement or construction industry is a plus.
