Job Description - Online Account Support Manager


Job Description:


L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a proactive and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As the Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our online accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales through various online platforms.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online accounts, including but not limited to website, social media, and e-commerce platforms - Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness - Monitor and analyze online traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide excellent customer support to online customers through various communication channels - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create engaging online content and promotions - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce and online customer behavior - Train and support team members on online account management best practices - Address any technical issues or customer complaints related to online accounts - Work closely with IT and web development teams to optimize online platforms for better user experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - A minimum of 6 years of experience in online account management or e-commerce - Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision - Highly motivated and results-driven - Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills - Familiarity with website analytics tools and e-commerce platforms - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
