Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking an experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing online customer accounts and providing support to ensure a seamless experience for our valued clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain online customer accounts, including setting up new accounts, updating information, and resolving any issues that may arise - Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and phone - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of online accounts and support initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online account support services - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in online account management and customer support roles - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Confident and driven personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Excellent decision-making and persuasion skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Fluency in English and Arabic is required
