Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and driven Online Call Center Associate to join our team at Savola Group in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling online customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center environment.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with their inquiries - Responding to customer emails and messages promptly and professionally - Processing orders and refunds as needed - Providing information about products and services offered by the company - Escalating any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly performance targets
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Proven ability in strategic planning to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
