Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Online Call Center Officer to join our team at Dallah Healthcare Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Complete customer transactions in a timely manner - Document customer interactions and update customer records as needed - Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service - Resilient mindset to handle high-pressure situations with grace - Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software - Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages a plus) - High school diploma or equivalent
