Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Al-Yamama is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Officer in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a full-time Associate Level position, the candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls to provide information, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly assess and address customer needs. 4. Document all interactions accurately in the company's database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to call center protocols and guidelines for quality assurance. 8. Work independently to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. 9. Provide feedback to improve call center operations and customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 7. Independent work ethic with a high level of professionalism.
