Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a motivated and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in online customer support, you will be responsible for managing the online chat support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online chat support team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. 2. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency in customer service. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve response times and customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed. 5. Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technology to continuously improve online chat support operations. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide guidance to team members as needed. 8. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in online customer support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 3. Strong decision-making and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online chat platforms. 7. Motivated and driven to achieve customer service excellence.
