Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

As an Online Chat Support Officer at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with products, services, or general inquiries. You will need to be dedicated and energetic, with strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and resolve their issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards helping customers - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
