Job Description - Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description: As an Online Chat Support Officer at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues through online chat platforms. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and support, ensuring their questions are answered and problems are resolved promptly and effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat platforms in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information, assistance, and support to customers regarding products, services, orders, and policies. 3. Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or individuals for further resolution. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and delivering delight through exceptional service. 5. Collaborate with other company departments to find solutions to customer problems and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference and analysis. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or similar roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 4. Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 5. Emotional intelligence and ability to manage customer interactions effectively. 6. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. 7. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer support tools. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
