Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

United Electronics Company is seeking an Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The successful candidate will be confident, energetic, possess strong problem-solving skills, and pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Maintain regular communication with online clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries. - Assist in processing online orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. - Monitor online reviews and respond appropriately to maintain a positive online reputation for the company. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online platforms and social media channels. - Analyze data from online sales and marketing efforts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, customer service, and logistics to ensure smooth online operations. - Provide support for online marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, online promotions, and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with online customer service platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce preferred. - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of online marketing strategies and best practices. - Fluency in English required, additional languages a plus.
