Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Associate. As an Entry Level position, this role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries, feedback, and concerns through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and promotions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and escalate when necessary - Monitor online reviews and ratings to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall client experience - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent leadership qualities and ability to work independently or in a team environment - Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online communication tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
