Job Description:
ACWA Power is seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client relations and online customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage online client relationships and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Monitor online platforms to ensure positive customer experiences and respond to feedback - Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and retention - Collaborate with the marketing team to create online campaigns and promotions - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online client relations initiatives - Train and mentor junior client relations team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Proven track record of managing online client relationships and driving customer satisfaction - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner - Independent and reliable with the ability to work autonomously - Demonstrated leadership skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with online marketing platforms and tools - Experience with data analysis and reporting
