Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Representative in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: 1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients through online platforms. 2. Addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Utilizing persuasion skills to upsell products or services to clients. 5. Providing excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Monitoring and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement. 8. Working closely with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into clients. 9. Supporting the company's commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in client relations or customer service. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong persuasion and cooperation skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 8. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 9. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
