Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Online Client Service Officer to join our team at Zain Saudi Arabia in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a client service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Managing online client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses. 2. Assisting clients with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Resolving client complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. 5. Identifying opportunities for improvement in client service processes and procedures. 6. Maintaining accurate client records and documentation. 7. Upholding the company's commitment to exceeding customer expectations. 8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to make well-informed decisions. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. 7. Must be a team player and able to work independently when needed.
