This is an entry-level position with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. As an Online Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through various online platforms, resolving issues, answering queries, and providing product information.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally - Providing product information to customers and assisting them with their online purchases - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Building and maintaining good relationships with online clients - Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for improvement - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
