Job Description:
The Saudi Arabian Mining Company is seeking a reliable and dedicated Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an entry level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience who possesses strong people management and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various online platforms - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product information and support - Utilize online contact center software to efficiently manage customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and report on customer feedback and trends
