Job Description - Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


Saudi Aramco is seeking an Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. This is a full-time entry-level position with zero years of required experience. We are looking for confident and reliable individuals who possess strong creativity and teamwork skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handling customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. 3. Utilizing company resources and systems to assist customers with product information and troubleshooting. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable with a strong ability to communicate effectively. 2. Creativity to think outside the box when problem-solving. 3. Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
