Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Saudi Arabian Mining Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As the Online Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online contact center operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service for our online platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of online contact center representatives to provide exceptional customer service and support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online contact center operations. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. 4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address customer service issues and trends. 5. Train and mentor team members to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in online customer service or contact center management. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of strategic planning and goal achievement. 6. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Driven and resilient personality traits.
